Processing Speed

All orders are packaged, quality-checked, and handed over to our regional courier partners within 24 to 48 working hours of order placement.

Standard Surface Delivery Estimates

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 4 to 6 working days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 8 working days, depending on regional highway access, state toll transits, or local weather conditions.
• Special Zones (Jammu & Kashmir and North East India): Standard road delivery can take up to 10 to 12 working days.
  

Tracking Your Package

The moment your package is registered by the courier van, a live surface tracking link will be automatically sent to your WhatsApp and registered email address so you can trace its journey across states.

False Delivery Statuses

In the rare event that your tracking details show a package as "Delivered" but you have not physically received it, please check with family members, neighbors, building security, or your office mailroom first.

If the package is still missing, you must report this to us at thelazyleopardco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will launch an immediate investigation with our courier partners. We cannot accept liability or initiate insurance/refund claims for lost packages reported after this strict 48-hour window. Genuine, validated cases will be fully refunded following a standard 10-working-day courier investigation.
